Landlords: I would be pleased to carry out the annual Gas Safety Inspection of your rental property (or properties).

Recently it has become a legal requirement to have installed at a rental property: 1) A battery or mains powered operational Carbon Monoxide Detector (within expiry date).

2) Battery or mains powered operational Smoke Detectors on each level of the property.
